It is one of the most recognized and the most frequently performed Plastic Surgery procedures available. Botox is made up of a toxin called Botulinum Toxin type A, which is used to temporarily prevent muscles from moving. Botox injections, reduce the contractions of the muscles into which it is injected. Without the contraction of these muscles, the skin lays flat and development of permenant facial lines and creases are prevented.

 What do Botulinum Toxin Injections Treat?

Botox is used to treat the following common concerns in both women and men;

  • Horizontal forehead lines
  • Crow’s feet
  • Vertical lines in between the eyebrows
  • Oblique lines on the back of the nose
